UPDATE FROM COURT 16 - FURTHER DELAY

For those of you struggling to suppress your desire to learn the outcome of the McCormick trial, I regret to report that there is a further delay.

The Court will not now sit again until next week due to a member of the Jury falling ill. We wish them a swift recovery.

CORRECTION - STILL HANGING ON

Sorry to have to inform my avid readers, but it appears that there has been a further delay to the schedule at Court 16.

Just heard that the case did in fact resume today, but has now been adjourned until Wednesday, and may now drag on into next week.

As always, I will let you know what I know that I am allowed to let you know as and when I know it.

In the meantime, looking on the bright side of life, at least the furore over the death of the Dame may have died down by next week, and coverage of what we hope to be a result in Court 16 will not be swamped.

May the correct corrective action yet be correctly applied, even if a hanging is out of the question!

Latest report from the trial of James McCormick includes prosecution testimony from David Last, Emeritus Professor at the University of Wales.
