News just in that Simon Sherrard has been acquitted of charges of fraud related to the ALPHA 6.

The title of this post says it all.

So, go ahead and sue me me Mr Sherrard, you lying, cheating fraud seller!

Go on, tell us what steps you took to ensure that you were selling a genuine 'miracle' device from which you made millions?

I shall return to this subject when my blood pressure has returned to normal. In the meantime, don't think this is the last you have heard from us Mr Sherrard. Just because you are a smooth talking bastard doesn't mean you fool us.

LATEST FROM THAILAND

Well, seems despite all the evidence the GT200 and Alpha 6 are still in use in Thailand, although there are some glimmers of hope that ongoing coverage such as the following piece from The Bangkok Post will eventually have the desired effect. Let us hope so!

Brits ask DSI to testify on Comstrac Co

The Department of Special Investigation (DSI) has been asked by police in the UK to testify against a British company accused of providing Thailand with useless bomb detectors.

The case involves Comstrac Co Ltd, which is accused of fraud in connection with the manufacture, promotion and sale of GT200 and Alpha 6 bomb detecting equipment.
Pol Lt Col Pong-in Intarakhao, director of the Security Crime Bureau, said British police have asked the DSI to testify about the false technology and the damage it has caused to the country. A hearing is tentatively scheduled during March-April next year, he said.
Pol Lt Col Pong-in was speaking after yesterday's meeting with British police responsible for the fraud case against Comstrac.
None of the countries which bought the device have filed a complaint against the company, he said. About 20 countries were reportedly "duped" into buying the devices.
City of London Police's Overseas Anti-Corruption Unit has charged six Britons with fraud in connection with the manufacture, promotion and sale of the device to foreign jurisdictions between Jan 15, 2007 and July 12, 2012.
In January 2010, the UK government banned the export of the GT200 and the Alpha 6 to Iraq and Afghanistan, warning that they were "wholly ineffective" at detecting explosives.
Comstrac set up two companies with three subsidiaries to distribute the detectors in Thailand. A total of 1,576 units were purchased by 14 agencies with the army being the biggest purchaser of the device. Most of the bomb detectors were deployed in the violence-plagued southernmost provinces.
Pol Lt Col Pong-in said the DSI has received documents from British authorities showing that the GT200 and Alpha 6 are ineffective in detecting explosives.
The findings match the result of the tests conducted locally.
"The conclusion is that GT200 and Alpha 6 can't detect explosives and narcotics as claimed by the manufacturer," he said.

There are one or two minor inaccuracies in the report in that the GT200 was sold to Thailand by Global Technical, and the Alpha 6 by Comstrac.

I will report any further news that is non-prejudicial to the above criminal fraud trials as and when possible. We will of course be hoping for the appropriate outcomes!

MOPPING UP OPERATIONS

After taking a couple of days to enjoy the news that James McCormick - ADE651, Gary Bolton - GT200, Simon Sherrard - ALPHA6, Sam and Joan Tree - Imported the scam to the U.K. from the U.S. initially as MOLE, and Anthony Williamson - XK9(have all been charged with fraud in connection with various versions of the alleged swivelling aerial dowsing rod detector fraud, after nearly four years of campaigning by the Fake Explosives Detectors Campaign, we have a few comments as follow up.

This great news must not end there! First we must hope that the Courts in Britain throw the book at these alleged scum who sold death trap detectors around the World. We will continue to call for the strongest possible sentences if they are convicted..

We also want to see as much of their millions recovered as possible via the provisions for the seizure of assets and money that are the proceeds of crime.

However, we must and will be careful not to prejudice the trials of those charged. We will report on progress as reported officially, and on the Court cases when they occur. It is a fact that Techowiz in particular has been responsible for ensuring that these alleged guilty bastards are held accountable for their crimes.

We will also continue to call for the pursuit of and justice for others. Yes! Conmen and C****S like David Vollmar and Frank Trier of Unival in Germany with the amazing name changing non-detecting Sniffex, Sniffex Plus, HEDD1 (see below).

That leads us on to the other people we have told you about who have been involved in this fraud here and in other countries. We are hoping that news of these charges will have knock on effects.

1. The elimination of the use of these idiot devices everywhere in the World, especially Mexico and Thailand who have persisted in using them despite knowing full well they cannot and do not work.

2. The German authorities to pursue David Vollmar and Frank Trier of Unival regarding their sales of the equally ludicrous HEDD1. They have claimed it is different from the ADE651 and GT200 reference card detectors, but having issued us with various legal threats and promises of independent testing, we have still not heard of either coming to fruition. Draw your own conclusions!

Aldo that the UK police arrest and charge John Wyatt of SDS who promoted the HEDD1 with false claims in the UK.

3. The Romanian authorities to pursue Stelian Ilie and Mira Telecom in Romania, where James McCormick took some of his alleged Iraqi blood money, and who also sold the ADE651.

4. That as much publicity as possible is given to the involvement of General Pierre hadji Georgiou of Prosec in Lebanon. Responsible for helping McCormick sell the ADE651 to the Iraqis. We have little confidence that he would be pursued in the Lebanon, but we can surely make his name so dirty that he can't go anywhere else and do business, legitimate or not!

5. The Iraqis to re-open investigations and bring charges against General al Jabiri and others at the Interior Ministry who were responsible for the corrupt purchase of the ADE651 that resulted in so many deaths and injuries and destruction.

6. That the politicians and military personnel responsible for the alleged corrupt purchases elsewhere in the World, especially Thailand (remember the wonderful Doctor Porntip?), and Mexico, are shown to be the corrupt idiots they are and preferably charged with their crimes. We don't hold out much hope in those sorry countries, but you never know.

7. There is a network of local distributors, and agents that McCormick, Bolton and the others used. No doubt some of this will come out at trial. We have previously published the results of our research, investigations and others (special respect to BBC  Newsnight), giving a partial picture of this network in a spreadsheet. Naturally it would be great if some of them were also caught out too.

8. Bulgarian authorities to arrest and charge Yuri Markov. The 'inventor' of the Sniffex fraud in the United States, he fled to Bulgaria when the Sniffex fraud was exposed, and sold a license to David Vollmar to market Sniffex, subsequently re-maned twice and currently HEDD1.

9. The US authorities to arrest and charge Chuck Christensen of H3Tec for marketing his fraudulent long range locators and detectors. Also the people behind the DKL Lifeguard.

10. The Indian authorities to invetsigate and charge the Directors of Horizon group who marketed and sold the GT200.

11. The Greek authorities to investigate and charge the Diodebell AL-6D company Directors.

We also hope that Governments around the World will try to ensure that no other variants e.g. the GADE651, are in use or still on sale anywhere. We have suspicions that many may have been sold in Russia, China and elsewhere.

I may have missed someone. If it is you do let me know! I will be happy to correct the mistake.

As some of you know, the Fake Explosives Detectors Campaign started back in 2008 following the revelation by James Randi that a UK company was selling the ADE651, and that this fake detector bore remarkable likeness to previous scams in the U.S. such as Quadro Tracker and SNIFFEX.

I cannot tell you enough just how important our friend Techowiz has been in all of this. He has devoted endless hours and energy to the cause of seeing some justice in these cases. Nothing can bring back the dead or the missing limbs, or make up for the heartache caused by these vile criminals, but I know that Techowiz and I take some small satisfaction that we have come this far, against a good deal of resistance, and at times when we had very good cause to think that nothing would ever happen. And worse!

This is a tale of tenacity, and courage on the part of Techowiz, and an example to all that at least some dangerous bullshit can be cleaned up. There is more cleaning to do however! So anyone willing to spread the news about the charges (see last two blog pieces) feel free. The more get to know about it the better. But let's not get carried away and give the defences any room to play legal games of prejudice!

WELCOME TO 2012

Hello everyone!!

Lovely to be back after a great holiday!! Where? A secret!! Ho Ho!! Hope all our FRIENDS had a good holiday too!!

Anyway. Maybe some of you think not much happened last year?

Do you really?

Well.. You couldn't be more wrong! Yes. We got a bit frustrated at times, but then again, who would not after all our hard work to expose the fraud and the fraudsters. Yes, you lot of fake swivelling radio aerial detector criminals! Listen up!

Now, some of you may think that we have not made a lot of progress so far, but you would be very wrong! Look at the internet. The longer The Fake Explosives Detectors Campaign goes on, the less room for manoeuvre or further sales of this fraud, as the word spreads around the globe (you should see our blog statistics! Ho Ho!! Look at the many legal threats we have received, and the attempt to censor us just a few weeks ago. Nothing stops us!!

And we have learned much, and of some matters to come. But we'll keep you guessing for a day or two. Don't want to spoil any surprises now, do we!

Of course, 2011 saw the birth of Hoppy.

But more importantly it saw the tenacity and willpower of Techowiz!!

For your delight I am publishing a picture from an article in a Romanian newspaper questioning the goings on between Big Jim McCormick and the fine folks at Miratel. Jim's the one with the big grin and the double chin, second from right. Nice looking man ain't he?

This article was published thanks to the efforts of Techowiz so respect for his ongoing sterling efforts to get Jim and his lowdowndirtyscum allies.

We have it on good authority that Jims relationships with his tame retired Lebanese General Pierre Hadji Georgiou (Right of picture) at Prosec, and with Stelian (Second left of picture) and the boys and girls at Mira Telecom are becoming a bit strained under the influence of our onslaught. Whoopee! We are pretty sure that the dodgy ex General was the conduit for the Iraqi deals, so he's got blood on his hands as well. Funny the lack of camraderie between military men!

We did of course email Stelian and his mates at Mira Telecom to warn them they had a slippery one on their hands with Jim, but they threatened to sue us (no sign of the paperwork yet boys!! HA HA) and claim they are a respectable company. Even more HA bloody HA!!

Still on the case Jim, Gary etc etc. Nowhere to run to, nowhere to hide. Your detectors can't find a damn thing, but we can damn well find you.

Well, it seems that despite the Newsnight and Police investigations, and the absolute proof that the ADE 651 is a bunch of doo doo, aka the defective detector, Big Jim McCormick is still plugging away.

Apparently he's been over in Romania consorting with his chums at Mira Telecom and planning their next moves to try to flog their discredited explosives detectors.

Just thought Jim McCormick (ATSC ADE651), Gary Bolton (Global Technical GT200), David Vollmar (SNIFFEX HEDD1), Simon Sherrard (Alpha 6) and any others selling fake explosive detectors, might like to face up to the sight of someone caiught in an explosion. Lovely isn't it!

And you pieces of SH1T go round pretending that you can prevent these atrocities.

Time to come clean boys and girls, or top yourselves for your disgusting cynical behaviour.
