VOLLMAR OF UNIVAL CHARGED WITH FRAUD

It's been a while since we had any news to bring you, but hot from Germany we hear that David Vollmar of Unival has been charged with 47 (yes! forty seven) counts of fraud. This is great news. We do not have any details yet, but will bring them to you as we hear more.

In case you do not remember, Vollmar and his sidekick Frank Trier, did a deal some years ago with Yuri Markov (the Bulgarian 'inventor' of Sniffex) to market and sell Sniffex. Markov had previously fled the U.S. following charges of stock manipulation over Sniffex.

Sniffex was renamed Sniffex Plus, and then, when our campaign to expose it heated up they renamed it the HEDD1.

Anyway, as I say, we'll get back with more details when we can.

2014 - NEW YEAR. SOME JOY, BUT STILL MUCH NONSENSE

Hello and a happy New Year to our faithful readers. Well, not all of them! The ones that don't deserve a happy New Year know who they are.

2013 was a mixed year for the Fake Explosives Detectors Campaign. Naturally we celebrated the convictions and jailing of James McCormick (ADE651) and Gary Bolton (GT200). Hope you are enjoying your surroundings boys. Of course, we await the Proceeds of Crime actions against these two, and hope that they will be unable to comply, hence allowing them to spend even more time at Her Majesty's pleasure (i.e. in prison), given that the Judge was sadly limited in the sentences he could hand out.

On the down side we saw another of the crooks, Simon Sherrard (ALPHA6) manage to convince a jury he was innocent of fraud. A crying shame! This year will see the re-trial of his partners, Sam and Joan Tree. We will of course report on that, subject to reporting restrictions.

Other bad news included reports of ongoing use of the ADE651 in Iraq, and the GT200 in Mexico, even after the convictions of McCormick and Bolton. Just goes to show what a mad World we inhabit.

Sadly we have yet to see any action in Germany against David Vollmar and Frank Trier at Unival, where they are still selling the entirely useless HEDD1 (formerly known as Sniffex). We hold out hope that they will eventually be rounded up. Of course, Yuri markov, who invented Sniffex, and managed to evade prosecution for fraud in the U.S. by running away back to Bulgaria may have been a bit worried that one of his co-conspirators was jailed in the U.S., some 7 years after the Sniffex case blew up. We still hope the FBI will seek to extradite Markov.

There are so many loose ends to the fake detectors fraud, but after nearly five and half years of our campaign, at least we can be grateful for some progress against this despicable trade.

Naturally we salute our old friend Techowiz, and wish him a great New Year. Hoping to be sharing a drink or two with him again soon.

JUST IN CASE

We have been getting worried that our previous posts about the HEDD1 may have been slipping down the search engine rankings.

Just to make sure this is not the case here is a very brief post to remind everyone that the HEDD1 is a fraud, just like all the other swivelling aerials. Yes. We know that they claim it is different because it does not use a reference card system. Yes. We know they claim it works on some principle to do with magnetism. BUT! NO! It does not work, and can not work.

They claim they have secret test results that claim the HEDD1 is brilliant. We say, prove it. They don't. Conclusion? They are lying bastards.

And, for those of you who are new to the fake detector scam, who are 'they'? Well, they are David Vollmar and Frank Trier at Unival in Germany.

Of course, they did not invent HEDD1. That was Yuri Markov of TASC in Bulgaria, who first launched his crap in America, under the name of Sniffex. When that scam fell apart and Yuri had to run back to Bulgaria, he launched Sniffex Europe, and came to a marketing agreement with Unival.

After we started our campaign against the fake detectors, and highlighted Sniffex as one of them, Unival changed the name to HEDD1. But that was just what we call polishing a turd. Same crap, different name.

So, to remind anyone who is thinking of buying HEDD1, DON'T!

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

I am a bit late reporting this due to having been on vacation, but I am sure you will all agree it is very good news indeed. As Lumpy says, this might give pause for thought to the people still involved in selling the Sniffex/HEDD1, as well as the others who made of with lots of lolly from the pump and dump scam. You know who you are!

Of course, it is a shame that Lankford was only prosecuted for stock fraud, and not for the fact that Sniffex itself was a fraudulent product in the first place, but at least he is languishing in jail.

Following on from an article in the Guardian earlier this week, news of a 'miraculous' new device to detect Hepatitis C spread around the internet like wildfire. Why? Because many a good skeptic smelled a very large rat.

My friend Techowiz has already blogged about this (see link below).

Now we have more information sent to us by our new friend, Pepijn Van Erp of kloptdatwel.nl (a jolly good skeptical website in Holland, if you speak Dutch of course).

Pepijn has sent us the Patent Application for the FAST (Field Advanced Detection Tool).

As I have had to point out to our other 'friends', David Vollmar and Frank Trier of Unival who sell the HEDD1 (formerly SNIFFEX), a patent does not mean a device works. See for example various so called perpetual energy machines that have received patents in the past. Have you seen any for sale recently?

Oh yes, and there is another interesting link to David and Frank and the HEDD1! The patent application for the FAST, which claims to be able to detect diseases in people and plants (What about animals I hear you animal lovers shout? Oh yes! It can also detect swine flu!), as well as drugs and explosives, refers to a previous U.S. patent applied for in 2002 by our other old 'friend' Yuri Markov. That would be the same Yuri Markov who 'invented' the SNIFFEX of course. WOW. The connections.

Now then, I could try to tell you why the FAST or C-FAST as it is now known is a complete load of garbage, but really, do I have to bother? Just take a look at the Patent application, lodged in the name of the Egyptian Government and the 'inventor' Brigadier Ahmed Amien, an engineer and so called bomb detection expert who built it with a 60-strong team from the Egyptian army's engineering department. Now where else have we heard of a military man who is a bomb detection expert. Oh yes, it's all coming back to me now! Perhaps our old 'friends' Major General al Jabiri, or perhaps Col John Wyatt Twerp.

Anyway, back to the FAST or C-FAST. We were mightily impressed by the novel handle design, which looks a bit like a thin Dalek. But then again, do you recognise that well known free pivoting radio aerial. Yes folks! That old chestnut! A sure indicator that the device couldn't detect poo in a sewage farm, let alone anything else.

So, I will leave you to read said Patent Application, and weep yet again for yet another variation on the wonderful dowsing rod scam.

MOPPING UP OPERATIONS

After taking a couple of days to enjoy the news that James McCormick - ADE651, Gary Bolton - GT200, Simon Sherrard - ALPHA6, Sam and Joan Tree - Imported the scam to the U.K. from the U.S. initially as MOLE, and Anthony Williamson - XK9(have all been charged with fraud in connection with various versions of the alleged swivelling aerial dowsing rod detector fraud, after nearly four years of campaigning by the Fake Explosives Detectors Campaign, we have a few comments as follow up.

This great news must not end there! First we must hope that the Courts in Britain throw the book at these alleged scum who sold death trap detectors around the World. We will continue to call for the strongest possible sentences if they are convicted..

We also want to see as much of their millions recovered as possible via the provisions for the seizure of assets and money that are the proceeds of crime.

However, we must and will be careful not to prejudice the trials of those charged. We will report on progress as reported officially, and on the Court cases when they occur. It is a fact that Techowiz in particular has been responsible for ensuring that these alleged guilty bastards are held accountable for their crimes.

We will also continue to call for the pursuit of and justice for others. Yes! Conmen and C****S like David Vollmar and Frank Trier of Unival in Germany with the amazing name changing non-detecting Sniffex, Sniffex Plus, HEDD1 (see below).

That leads us on to the other people we have told you about who have been involved in this fraud here and in other countries. We are hoping that news of these charges will have knock on effects.

1. The elimination of the use of these idiot devices everywhere in the World, especially Mexico and Thailand who have persisted in using them despite knowing full well they cannot and do not work.

2. The German authorities to pursue David Vollmar and Frank Trier of Unival regarding their sales of the equally ludicrous HEDD1. They have claimed it is different from the ADE651 and GT200 reference card detectors, but having issued us with various legal threats and promises of independent testing, we have still not heard of either coming to fruition. Draw your own conclusions!

Aldo that the UK police arrest and charge John Wyatt of SDS who promoted the HEDD1 with false claims in the UK.

3. The Romanian authorities to pursue Stelian Ilie and Mira Telecom in Romania, where James McCormick took some of his alleged Iraqi blood money, and who also sold the ADE651.

4. That as much publicity as possible is given to the involvement of General Pierre hadji Georgiou of Prosec in Lebanon. Responsible for helping McCormick sell the ADE651 to the Iraqis. We have little confidence that he would be pursued in the Lebanon, but we can surely make his name so dirty that he can't go anywhere else and do business, legitimate or not!

5. The Iraqis to re-open investigations and bring charges against General al Jabiri and others at the Interior Ministry who were responsible for the corrupt purchase of the ADE651 that resulted in so many deaths and injuries and destruction.

6. That the politicians and military personnel responsible for the alleged corrupt purchases elsewhere in the World, especially Thailand (remember the wonderful Doctor Porntip?), and Mexico, are shown to be the corrupt idiots they are and preferably charged with their crimes. We don't hold out much hope in those sorry countries, but you never know.

7. There is a network of local distributors, and agents that McCormick, Bolton and the others used. No doubt some of this will come out at trial. We have previously published the results of our research, investigations and others (special respect to BBC  Newsnight), giving a partial picture of this network in a spreadsheet. Naturally it would be great if some of them were also caught out too.

8. Bulgarian authorities to arrest and charge Yuri Markov. The 'inventor' of the Sniffex fraud in the United States, he fled to Bulgaria when the Sniffex fraud was exposed, and sold a license to David Vollmar to market Sniffex, subsequently re-maned twice and currently HEDD1.

9. The US authorities to arrest and charge Chuck Christensen of H3Tec for marketing his fraudulent long range locators and detectors. Also the people behind the DKL Lifeguard.

10. The Indian authorities to invetsigate and charge the Directors of Horizon group who marketed and sold the GT200.

11. The Greek authorities to investigate and charge the Diodebell AL-6D company Directors.

We also hope that Governments around the World will try to ensure that no other variants e.g. the GADE651, are in use or still on sale anywhere. We have suspicions that many may have been sold in Russia, China and elsewhere.

I may have missed someone. If it is you do let me know! I will be happy to correct the mistake.

As some of you know, the Fake Explosives Detectors Campaign started back in 2008 following the revelation by James Randi that a UK company was selling the ADE651, and that this fake detector bore remarkable likeness to previous scams in the U.S. such as Quadro Tracker and SNIFFEX.

I cannot tell you enough just how important our friend Techowiz has been in all of this. He has devoted endless hours and energy to the cause of seeing some justice in these cases. Nothing can bring back the dead or the missing limbs, or make up for the heartache caused by these vile criminals, but I know that Techowiz and I take some small satisfaction that we have come this far, against a good deal of resistance, and at times when we had very good cause to think that nothing would ever happen. And worse!

This is a tale of tenacity, and courage on the part of Techowiz, and an example to all that at least some dangerous bullshit can be cleaned up. There is more cleaning to do however! So anyone willing to spread the news about the charges (see last two blog pieces) feel free. The more get to know about it the better. But let's not get carried away and give the defences any room to play legal games of prejudice!

Hello everyone!!

Lovely to be back after a great holiday!! Where? A secret!! Ho Ho!! Hope all our FRIENDS had a good holiday too!!

Anyway. Maybe some of you think not much happened last year?

Well.. You couldn't be more wrong! Yes. We got a bit frustrated at times, but then again, who would not after all our hard work to expose the fraud and the fraudsters. Yes, you lot of fake swivelling radio aerial detector criminals! Listen up!

Now, some of you may think that we have not made a lot of progress so far, but you would be very wrong! Look at the internet. The longer The Fake Explosives Detectors Campaign goes on, the less room for manoeuvre or further sales of this fraud, as the word spreads around the globe (you should see our blog statistics! Ho Ho!! Look at the many legal threats we have received, and the attempt to censor us just a few weeks ago. Nothing stops us!!

And we have learned much, and of some matters to come. But we'll keep you guessing for a day or two. Don't want to spoil any surprises now, do we!

Of course, 2011 saw the birth of Hoppy.

But more importantly it saw the tenacity and willpower of Techowiz!!

Regurgitation. How David Vollmar, Frank Trier and their merry men at Unival try to repeat the same old worn out arguments.

YUCK! More nauseous gaseous gastric bile from Germany. David Vollmar yet again tries to defend himself, his company and the HEDD1 (formerly SNIFFEX and SNIFFEX PLUS). Well, we assume it is David, or maybe it was toy soldier with a toy appendage, Frank Trier? It is unsigned, but that does not stop it being garbage!

So, here in the style we at the Fake Explosives Detectors Campaign are famous for, is the defence of Vollmar/Trier/Unival/HEDD1. Is that the best you can do boys? We have heard it all before AD NAUSEAM, hence the title of VOLLMAR VOMITS....

Want to know the best thing about the statement from Unival? Well, it is the fact that in a few short paragraphs, they slide in most of the major excuses. What economy with words! Shame they are also economic with the actualite. i.e they do bullshit or lie a lot. Do you know when they are lying? We do! When they open their mouths! HA HA HA HA!

HEDD1 and all previous generations based on the Magneto Electrostatic Detection (MED) method have been sold to governmental organizations in more than 35 countries so far, based on successful proof of concept and functionality. (Still not one of your customers in 35 Countries is prepared to come out and admit they have bought this wonder device? Strange!? We keep saying that if we were a small country with limited money for security, yet we had the magical HEDD1, we would tell everybody if we were so confident it worked. This would act as an amazing deterrent to would be terrorists and drug smugglers, but would make us look great in the eyes of our people and the World for protecting our citizens so magnificently with the best invention ever, the HEDD1. But no, not one of them will back you up publicly! How about if you won't tell us who they are, you send them an invitation from us? Ask them all whether just one of them will admit to being a buyer of the miraculously brilliantly useful HEDD1? Just one will do, to start! Ask them if their highly trained by you operatives will participate in a double blind protocol testing program, so we can finally prove this one way or the other, since you won't for some strange reason/) HEDD1 is an active device. (Regrettably you are still active trying to sell your lies. HEDD1 is not and cannot be active other than to detect the corrupt, the gullible or the stupid.) It creates a Modulated Magnetic Field (MMF) that is specially tuned for the bond energy in Nitro Compounds, which are present in most common explosives. The methodology is protected by patent. (Really! MMF! TUNED! BOND ENERGY!- is that 007 energy? - NITRO COMPOUNDS! PSEUDOSCIENTFIC BABBLE! Or PSB Syndrome again! PATENT MY ARSE! We have shown before how patents do not necessarily guarantee functionality. See endless history of patents for things that do not work e.g. perpetual motion/energy machines. The similarity to reference-card devices is only based on a similar shape. (The similarity is because they are the same ideomotor dowsing con! Simple as that!)The antenna of HEDD1 is necessary in order to apply the principle of triangulation, which is the most accepted way of determination of a location.  (Stop trying to talk pseudobabblescience David! Of course any fool knows that one triangulates for accurate positioning. But that means you have to be able to detect something first! So, if the aerial is just the pointer pointy bit, how do your patently absurd magnets detect the nitro compounds and transmit a signal to the aerial? Of course they can't and don't! Or are you calling Sidney Alford a liar?

Neither unival group nor HEDD1 and the MED method are part of the UK based investigations against reference-card devices. (Really? We understood that the UK agent for Unival, John Wyatt 'Twerp' - Colonel Blimp Retired - is under investigation? Do you know something we don't? That would be a first! Do tell!) No export ban exists against our devices or technology! (We keep telling you f'ing fraudsters. Just because the authorities are weak, corrupt, stupid, useless or implicated, or don't act for some other non-reason, does not mean you are right. It just means they are wrong.) We are currently working with a number of industrial/ scientific organizations to further develop the technology respectively to integrate this technology into new methods for remote detection. (WHO ARE THESE INDUSTRIAL/SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS? Or are they strangely shy of any association with you, like your customers appear to be? We are serious enquirers. In fact, I promise to be your best salesman if you do prove HEDD1! Honest! In fact, why not send us 100 units immediately on a Sale Or Return basis. The integration of our technology as a complementary tool to protective measures helps organizations to protect against Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). (The old get out of jail clause i.e don't use HEDD1 in isolation. Use dogs and other detection equipment as well. That way, if HEDD1 fails no one can say which method failed, and if they find something HEDD1 can falsely claim the credit. Clever ain't it! NO! We can see right through this kind of disclaimer/excuse. After all, we have heard it all before! And that sick call to the emotions using the expression IEDs. DAVID and FRANK. Real men die almost daily trying to save lives by searching for and defusing bombs and IEDs. You claim you have something that can help them, yet no major Western Government, Armed Forces or Security Service, or Police, or Border Guards appears to have bought the HEDD1. If it was so marvellous then wouldn't you have sold them by now? Also, how come you were caught with your pants down in that Thai test, when you claimed you were just helping your local agent, but oddly, like McCormick and Bolton you were really just desperately trying to flog to corrupt regimes, and not focusing a much cheaper sales effort in Europe? To my best of knowledge there is currently no device available in the market that is as easy to handle and as cost efficient as HEDD1 in terms of explosive detection from remote distance. DECONSTRUCTING HEDD1

Got bored of the pictures of David Vollmar and Frank Trier, so thought you ought to take a look at the HEDD1 (Formerly SNIFFEX, AND SNIFFEX PLUS). Do I hear sniffing? Laughing? 

Sadly, like Frank Trier, this one does not have its' radio aerial extended and at right angles to the very nicely designed hand grip.

Now, Vollmar and Trier at Unival claim it works by MED - Magneto-Electrostatic-Detection. More like MAD - Mutually Assured Destruction! Different they say from the reference card versions of the same fraud, like the ADE651 and the GT200.
